Welcome to Carroll University's EDU265 Web 2.0 Wiki!

You have an opportunity to begin to understand Web2.0 by exploring an assigned concept and making connections to K-12 Education.
Take a look at a visual map that I found on a popular, yet not always reputable, wiki: See Web2.0 Map
Here are your next steps:
  1. You are assigned a specific page where you should post meaningful, relevant information on the topic.
  2. Work to summarize what you learn and use links to the Net as appropriate. Consider that the page should be informative and links should be used to provide clarity.
  3. You are required to post one time under each heading (see 4 headings on each page) prior to Friday's class at 8:30 am - list your name and change the font color so that your submission stands out from the other postings.
  4. See the attached "Wiki Rubric" that will be used to evaluate your work.

Topics are assigned as follows (each topic can be found on a separate page - which are found in the column on the left - click on your assigned page).

  • Blogosphere - Jen, Jessie, Brittany, Emily, Emily
  • Podcasting - Marquea, Lorin, Teri, TJ, Evan, Abby, Chelsea
  • Digital Storytelling - Alyssa, Karissa, Nicole, Becky
  • Social Networking - Sam, Dante
